    Anon bought a previous house in Hartford, WI with Dan Burgeson and would recommend Dan Burgeson to other home sellers.

    I contacted Dan off one of his listings that had an accepted offer. He then sat down with us and showed us other homes in the area that where available. He had constant contact with us and we always felt Dan had our best interest at hand. Our purchase was new contruction, and Dan was our buyer agent. He negotiated a driveway, sidewalks, and even set up a time to meet with the builder to have a custom walkway put in. Never thought we would get these updates. Dan Was excellent and now we are living in our dream house! Thanks Dan!

    Dan did a great job. He always kept up informed and advertised our home to the maximum online an off line. He did a great job dealing with myself and my ex-husband separately.
