Three days befor closing on our first choice we found out we could not get the loan, because it was a manufactued home.Later that same day we tried for our second choice. One hour befor we were to close there was a problem with the sewer being on a septic tank. We were told we could not get the loan. FHA loans were changing that month and we would no longer qualify. So with no time left to find another home Ray went into action. Yes we closed only 1 hour later than planned. The stress was so fantastic we would never try to do this on our own. We were so pleased with all of Rays hard work.
