christina r. bought a previous house in Stateline, NV with Rachel Alexander and would recommend Rachel Alexander to other home sellers.

We are investors and have worked with a number of agents over the years, and Rachel is hands down the cream of the crop. She has the patience of a saint, always made herself available and was quick to respond during the few times she wasn't. She is one of the few agents out there that does her homework and has solid knowledge about the market. There's no question we'd go to her again; in fact, we 've since made another offer on a house with her.

Beth L. bought a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Robert Rozzen and would not recommend Robert Rozzen to other home sellers.

In my previous post, I missed this section and had inadvertently rated him at 5 stars. If I could give him negative 100, I would.

Beth L. sold a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Robert Rozzen and would recommend Robert Rozzen to other home sellers.

Sylvia, you don't know the entire story. Let me enlighten you. Rob Rozzen only paid over the rental amount for 5 months out of over two year, during which I had no rental agreements from him. I trusted him. But something was fishy. I called the post office and asked who had lived there for those early months. The tenants were transient. You do the math. MY greed? Rob tried to sell me at least two to four properties in the same complex . . .so HE culd get the commission. I said "NO." And I have an email trail from him saying "This will be your retirement" when I SPECIFICALLY told him well over a year ago "I CANNOT AFFORD THIS . . .LIST IT. He told me the litigation was OVER when it WAS NOT. He did NOT in any way pay me "a thousand dollars every month." In fact, he bounced checks on me, and misrepresented himself as a LICENSED property manager when his boss (and GRLVAAR president) Devin Reiss hung his license. Rob, as it turns out, used the Reiss forms when he was NOT a licensed property manager. Rob has hurt so many investors in the quest of his OWN greed. Check out what he did to his OWN property in Trophy Club when he walked away from it. Check out the lawsuits and warrants against him, and the fact that he has not shown up for his most recent court date. Go ahead and use him again. It is entirely YOUR folly. I stayed true to him longer than most, when he constantly asked me "Why are my friends all against me?" Sylvia, you are naive at best. I thought this man was one of my best friends, and he certainly did not treat me that way. I wish you the best of luck, but please research the facts before you make incorrect assessments of others' situations.

Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Reda M. Guden and would not recommend Reda M. Guden to other home sellers.

In December 2006 I rented this property from Reda Guden. While the initial experience was good, 18 months on I started receiving foreclose information at the address. When I asked Reda Guden for further information I was told everything was OK when in fact the house was in foreclosure, advertised for sale on the web and documents had been lodged with the Clark County Register for 'Notice of Trustee Sale'. I voiced my concerns regarding the long term viability of property and based on the documented intention to sell, requested a release from my lease. Despite verbal agreement to release on two occaisons, when it came to signing a formal document Reda Guden refused. She claimed I misunderstood her and despite me trying to contact her to discuss the issue, failed to return any calls. She failed to notify me of the foreclosure action against the house and was unethical in her agreement to terminate when the time came to put her name on paper. She also claimed additional people had signed the lease agreement despite my copy only have her, her husband and my signature. She even had the audacity to plan to show prospective tenants our house without coordinating an inspection with us. As Julio M. says, stay clear!

Anonymous U. sold a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Robert Rozzen and would not recommend Robert Rozzen to other home sellers.

As a representative in the las vegas real estate market, I would like to add to the comments left recently. Having been part of many transactions with Mr Rozzen, I can say first hand the dealings were not always legal, sure Mr Rozzen made money, his buyers didn't....and when times got tough he took advantage of his "friends" Persuading many to purchase homes using false information on loan docs (in my book thats fraud) and sweeping the commission and eventually when the home owner defaulted (because they couldn't afford it in the first place) he would purchase the home at a discount. Thats not a true friend Mrs Lindsay, a true friend/agent looks out for his "clients" BEST INTEREST. Not to mention the horror stories involving property management including withholding of rent monies, depositing them into his personal account, and telling his numerous landlords no rents have been received. Through this process Mr Rozzens greed/hardship overcame his duty as an agent and he became a homebuyers worst nightmare. An agent that reduces himself to this level regardless of the situation should have his license revoked.

sylvia lindsay l. sold a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Robert Rozzen and would recommend Robert Rozzen to other home sellers.

I liked the reviews that were stated beofore. Funny how when Rob was doing well, everyone wanted to join in, make money, even when Rob was paying to help part of the payments. Ironically Beth L. I know for a fact, Rob helped you for a thousand dollars every month. Unfortunately, the property you purchased went into litigation, and NOONE could sell it. Many more circumstances like that. I would and have used Rob again and again, he is a damn good real estate agent. I have not had any concerns. maybe you should look in the mirror. as you point the finger, your greed, points a few back at you. Fact is.. Every Realtor is not great right now.... I would use him over and over.

Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Las Vegas, NV with Robert Rozzen and would not recommend Robert Rozzen to other home sellers.

Mr Robert Rozzen is a horrible person not to mention his so called career as a "real estate agent." His sole purpose is to take advantage of his "clients" by persuading them to purchase homes regardless of the actual benefit to the buyer/seller. He will tell/promise you anything you want to hear in order to close the deal, he only cares about himself and his commission check. If you come near him turn around and run, he will do you NO GOOD. He has ruined the lives of numerous Las Vegas residents and will continue to do so since the Las Vegas Board of Realtors believes fraud is an acceptable practice. If the devil had an empty seat next to him, Mr Robert Rozzen would be seated there.
