N/A N. bought a previous house in Kansas City, MO with Carl Mcqueen and would not recommend Carl Mcqueen to other home sellers.
This realtor has no accurate way of reaching him, in fact even the business he works for has no working telephone number, and I recieved the email back that I sent first, due to inaccurate information on all the websites he is listed on. He is giving out business cards with a young, college girls number on it, who states she's had the phone number for almost two years and recieves numerous bill collectors and mortgage companies looking for him regularly, both new and old.

Michelle showed our home to a potential buyer and was very attentive to us as well as her clients. She is one of the kindest agents I have worked with and if we didn't already have an alternative plan in place we would have loved to sit down with Michelle and interview her to sell our home.

Tina Fischer sold us a house that her and her husband remodeled. There have been numerous problems that a real estate agent should have noticed and been responsible for fixing. She has been dishonest and unethical. She failed to disclose many problems with the property that she was aware of because she and her husband did the remodel themselves. I would not recommend buying a house from her or selling a house with her. She is a disgrace to the realtor community.

This realtor and her broker filed an illegal document with the county to muddy the title of my property so it was unmarketable. I was then held hostage by this realtor to reimburse her for expenses she incurred when she had previously listed the home. She never brought a buyer to the table. I secured the buyer on my own.

Great Job, We couldn't have sold without him. He coordinated the sale, lenders appointments, inspections and closing in the most amazing professional way. He even had to tract down an straighten out some things when the title work was down. Our home would not have closed had Darrell not thaken the profession position of doing all he could to help. If you need an agent I would highly reccommend him.
