we tried to view a property gerry listed and he didn't seem very interested in selling the listed property. he didn't return phone calls and when he did there was always an issue as to why we couldn't see the proprty.

This review is related to the information presented on this realtor's page about successful sales and purchase prices. I am a purchaser of a home listed by this agent as the realtor involved in the sale: but the information she provides is very inaccurate; she lists the sale price as the same as the listing price, when in fact I paid 19k less than the list price. I wonder if incorrect information is the standard practice for this realtor, or of the real estate agency. It makes me realize that in picking a realtor, history provided on their own website is not useful and clearly home buyers and sellers should do their own research in city records.
