Tharranne assisted us with both the sale of our prior home and the purchase of our current home. From the outset she was professional and provided us with pertinent information and suggestions to help us prepare to put our house on the market and price it appropriately, while leaving the final decisions to us. We were able to get an offer in the first couple of days and found a buyer before the first open house. Her expertise and knowledge of the area and market conditions were key in that process, particularly when the market was starting on a downturn. When there were those inevitable bumps she promptly advised us and gave well thought out recommendations. If we had further questions she could not answer she always got back to us promptly, and frequently within a few hours. In fact, her response time at all levels was exceptional. We could speak our thoughts and preferences freely with her and in return were met only with courteous professionalism. We felt like we were her only clients, although we know we were not. Tharranne showed an understanding of the market and our objectives, a response time that was outstanding, and the utmost professionalism in every aspect. It was a pleasure doing business with her, and we would certainly use her services again. We have and will continue to highly recommended her to our friends and family.
