This person posed as a real estate agent and a property manager. He was more than happy to get back to us because he was trying to sell us property for over 200k but was only worth 45k. Check out the one on Dill Ave in Atlanta. A check on these folks and they're property that's not theirs to represent. They even charged a friend of mine over $700.00 to repair their credit and didn't do anything. Be very carefull of these guys!!!!!!!!!!

I used Jennifer to purchase a home in January of this year. I cannot tell you what an amazing experience it was! From spending hours explaining the market and process, when we finally made it out, I felt completely comfortable with Jennifer guiding the way. On day two I found the home of my dreams AND I still cannot believe the price she negotiated for me. I love my neighbors (although they hate me for what I bought it for!) I was so intimidated with the commitment and the doomsday news reports I am so glad I had a true professional looking out for me. I give Jennifer a 10 out of 10. You can't find a more dependable agent!
