Anon bought a previous house in Melbourne, FL with Sheryl J. Jones and would not recommend Sheryl J. Jones to other home sellers.
She was pathetic as a rental agent. She never kept me informed and let the home go to shambles while collecting her check each month. It took two months to restore the home after the tenants that she supposedly "managed".

She helped me make the transaction easier with her professionalism and friendly, easy-going manner. If I were to purchase or sell real estate again in FL, I will use her services.
