Your information was incorrect. Karen Garr is not with Coldwell Banker and has been with Keller Williams for over a year. When I tried to contact her I got a different Realtor all together. It was not her fault and I contacted the agent who did get back to me Mike Leeper who is with Remax. You need to get your information updated if you are going to do this. Karen Garr is an excellent agent.

WARNING! Laina is shady. In our opinion, she represented the buyers and their agent better than us, and as such fell quite short in protecting our interests as contracted. We caught her in several lies. Laina lacked the experience and skills necessary to be a good, and ethical, realtor. Her lack of experience and ethics forced us to micro-manage her, and it cost us plenty.
