Rusty D. sold a previous house in San Francisco, CA with Mike R. Ackerman and would recommend Mike R. Ackerman to other home sellers.

Michael delivered on his marketing strategy and ended up with over 400 prospective buyers walking through the units in 2 1/2 weeks. Michael and Oliver generated 14 offers. The selected buyer offering a significant premium over the listing price, had no contingencies and a 30 day close. -- A home-run in anyone's book!!

    Strength:Effectiveness of Realtor Web-Site

    Weakness:Neighborhood Knowledge

Yvonne J. bought a previous house in San Francisco, CA with Judith H. Schlesinger and would not recommend Judith H. Schlesinger to other home sellers.

This woman was a horrible, unethical, primadonna. Fired her, but she still collected a commission by a technicality. I found my condo on the internet with zero assistance from her. She met me for the 1st time at the condo the night I first saw it - I asked her for comps, she did not bring them with her -- this was the 2d to last unit left in the bldg, she said she would get them to me, but told me they were in the high 500s - the next day she told me I had to make an offer quick because the seller's agent told me that there was another offer coming (turns out this was a lie), she still had not provided the comps, how hard was that to bring them with her, but I relied that they were what she said they were. She showed up at my office that same day and had me sign the offer papers there and encouraged me to make an offer over asking price. I kept asking for comps, she brought no comps. I finally got the comps 2 weeks later and all the other units in the building, including the larger ones had sold for LESS than what I paid, in the mid 400s. She lied about the comps, by $125K! It just went downhill from there. I ended up having zero assistance from her with inspections, closing, etc. etc. and she had the nerve to sue for commission, which she got by a technicality, because even though she didn't find the property for me and did no work other than having me sign the offer papers, she was there with me the first time I saw the property. Stay away from this lady - she will do or say ANYTHING to make a sale.

Yvonne J. sold a previous house in San Francisco, CA with Derrik Anderson and would not recommend Derrik Anderson to other home sellers.

Way too busy with other clients to give me decent level of service. Threw a tantrum when I suggested that he correct errors in the MLS listing. Wouldn't even let me look at the marketing materials he presented at the 1st open. Didn't believe property would sell for asking price and wanted me to lower it, but IT DID SELL AT ASKING PRICE when I switched listing to another agent at another brokerage. Herth is a GREAT Brokerage and I have the highest regard for Larry Stebbins, but this is a poor agent.
