Elaine B. sold a previous house in Palmdale, CA with Samuel Smolinisky and would not recommend Samuel Smolinisky to other home sellers.
The realtor took the listing on the property then came back and "bought" the house two days later. He defaulted on the contract, failed to get his own financing, then allowed my house to go into foreclosure, under MY NAME, ruining my credit and destroying my good name. All this, he did to me as a widow. Not a nice guy and a definite 'wolf in sheep's clothing'. Beware of this man!!

He seems to only work when something is in it for himself! $$$$$$$$$$$$$ But he seems to not care about foreclosure homes, nor does he care about the tenants who live in these homes.

Very patient, excellent knowledge of the areas, good working relationships with new home builders, previewed homes daily. No pressure to make a decision. Stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Could not have asked for more from a realtor.
