I am Patrick Lambert. I live in the Ka'u District of the Big Island of Hawaii. In my opinion Ka'u is the best place on earth. I have worked hard to become the best, most honest and caring Realtor and my hard work has paid off. I represent Ka'u and all that it includes from Miloli'i (milolii), Kona Country Gardens, Kula Kai View estates, Kahuku Country, Hawaiian ocean view ranchos ( HOVR ), Hawaiian ocean View estates ( HOVE ), South Point, Waiohinu, Discovery Harbour, Mark Twain Estates, Green sand and Kiolakaa subdivisions, Na'alehu ( naalehu ), Colony One at Sea Mountain Resort, Pahala Village, Wood Valley, Volcano Golf and Country Club. While I have access to all of the islands I stick with my Ka'u. I know Ka'u, I love Ka'u. I find that sales is not about arm twisting or telling stories, it's about educating people. Giving them the information they need and informing them of the choices they can make now that they have the information. I believe everyone should own a home. I believe in helping everyone own a home, good credit or bad credit I will help work it out or at least help make a plan to work it out so that one can become a home owner in the future.
