We moved to the area from Boston. Ken was intimately familiar with our location of choice. He got us in first to a property in a hot market. We were still able to negotiate with the seller. The price, product and location were all perfect and it was because of his abilities. We couldn't be happier with his knowledge, professional demeanor and catering to our every need.
