1. &quot;I stopped what we were doing...&quot; it takes humility and dare I say emotional maturity to simply abandon the current path and actually listen to customers.
2. Rapid OODA (observe/orient/decide/act) learning cycles.
3. Devotion to metrics and reverse engineering the future you envision.
4. &quot;Relentlessly resourceful&quot; you are, per Paul Graham indicates.
