Homethinking Re-Launch
Today we re-launched Homethinking around a deeper map integration and with a (hopefully you think) prettier UI. The full release is here.
One cool thing about the release is the ability to syndicate out any of our transaction data via an emerging standard called GeoRSS - an extention of RSS. More information on the feature can be found here, and here is an example on our company blog.
We’ve also been making some great progress on the crawling in recent months and are now monitoring about 60% of all real estate transactions in the US. We can probably get to 85-90% by the end of the year and then it becomes tougher simply for regulatory reasons like Texas home sales not being public record.
