Anonymous U. sold a previous house in Cincinnati, OH with Bob Bracken and wouldn't recommend Bob Bracken to other home sellers.

Was unable to sell our home. Even after lowering our price he was unable to sell it and seemed to disappear around the 3 month mark of us selling house. We also were looking for a house at the time and had a selected area that we wanted to live and not live in. Along with things we would like to have in our house. He showed us houses we loved until we found out that they were in areas we didn't want to live.
