After interviewing other agents, we knew Mr. Schuell was the right fit. From start to finish, he always exercized 100 percent dedication and always knew the answers. We ran into an issue with the buyers mtg. and Eric difused the problem, presented it to us, offered resolve, and we closed!!!!! We are more than happy to submit this review on his behalf. Good Job!
