  7. I closed on my house but have not been given keys or allowed access to my home. Will I have to make payments before I have posseion?

    Waiting for septic to be installed and water and electric to be hooked up before I am allowed acess. Agent states HUD or FHA will not allow me in even to move my furniture in untill all work is completed. It is a new house on my land. The house is completed just needs utilities.
