  1. Are houses in the Oak Street Development in East Stroudsburg selling when listed?

    My house at 3 Oak Lane has been on the market since May 8. I lowered the price twice from 254,000, to 249,000, and then to 234,000. It is a 2 year town house in mint condition, master bedroom suite on the 3red floor for lots of privacy, 2 large bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and a living room dining area, kitchen and powder room on the first floor. Full basement is ready to be finisted, nice end unit with side open space and patio with privacy. Can't figure out why it hasn't sold.
