Anonymous U. bought a previous house in Sun City West, AZ with Marcia L. File and would recommend Marcia L. File to other home sellers.

It was a miracle to stumble upon Marcia File after calling Jerry File to show us homes within an hour of our call to him. They knew the answer to any question we threw at them. As we drove through Corte Bella with Jerry everyone knew him and he knew them by name. I saw no weaknesses with either Jerry or Marcia. If I could have rated them with a (10) I would have.
