UNETHICAL AND RUDE
William O. sold a previous house in Wauwtosa, WI with Colleen K. Sprague and would recommend them to other home sellers.
My experience with Colleen was terrible. I listed my house and received an offer in two weeks. The offer was very low and Colleen stated I would not receive a higher offer in this market. I was in no rush to sell, so I suggested we give it more time. Two weeks later we had a higher offer. She again stated I needed to take the offer. Keeping with the trend this happened again two weeks later. Each time I received a better offer. It was very clear that Colleen wasn't concerned with getting the best price for my home. She wanted to turn it over as fast as possible and move on to her next sale. I suggested she raise the price of the home. Why not? We were getting many inquiries and offers every couple of weeks. She didn't like the idea and quit. I had to wait 30 days for my contract to expire with Shorewest before I could hire another company. We listed the home at a higher price and sold it in two weeks. Colleen demonstrated how Colleen came first when it came to the sale of my home.
