Wendell M. talked with Tracy Spitler about employing them as their Realtor in Downey, WA and would recommend them to other home owners.

Tracy does not return calls. She does not follow through with commitments. I have told several of my friends and coworkers what agent not to use and what company not to use, do to my poor experience with Tracy. She does not have an understanding for what good customer service looks like. I train employee's on customer service...next time I hold a class, I would be happy to have her attend so I can teach her the basics of how to run a customer service based business.
