If I could have given Ben Kinney a ZERO STAR I would have. Both Ben and the agents he has working for him are dishonest, specifically Abel Bazan. Under Ben's tutelage, Abel engaged in dishonest and negligent activities. He instructed his buyer to allow a current offer to expire only to make a new offer and close on a lower priced condo in the same complex. He did not return phone calls, misled the Seller, and lied about financing. His actions have caused financial crisis to both the Buyer and Seller. Since that time he has sent threatening emails and letters refusing to release the earnest money to the Seller, and now legal action is being taken. Stay as far away from this agent and his peers as possible, they do not have your best interest at heart.
