A native of New Jersey, I vowed to move to San Francisco upon my very first visit in 1994. I have since lived in Twin Peaks, Van Ness Corridor, Cow Hollow, The Panhandle, Diamond Heights, Noe Valley, SOMA, and currently South Beach. I have extensive experience buying and renovating properties in San Francisco for investment.

With ten years marketing experience, I have extensive experience in both traditional direct and e-marketing. As an advertising executive at Grey Direct San Francisco, I supervised the strategy, creative development, execution, and analysis of a wide variety of successful marketing communications programs for Global 500 technology companies such as Oracle, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq. Before coming to Grey, I was a key player in entrepreneurial and corporate projects for companies such as Bank of America, LVHM, United Distillers and Vintners, and Fuji Securities.

Real estate is in my blood. Both of my parents specialize in real estate transactions. My father is a general contractor for H&L Construction focusing on high-end new home construction. My mother was a Realtor with Weichert Realty for over twenty years. My sister, Stacey is the owner of Stacey Lim Designs, an interior design and home staging firm.
