CADE IS THE BEST AGENT IN THE STATE OF UTAH. CADE WAS ABLE TO SELL MY HOME AND GET TOP DOLLAR FOR IT EVEN IN THIS TUFF MARKET. HE IS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SELL AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE I WAS INVOLVED IN THE DECISIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY ONE WHO IS SELLING THERE HOME OR BUYING A HOME. HIS STAFF ON HIM TEAM WAS GREAT AS WELL.

Richard W. sold a previous house in Ogden, UT with Cade Erickson and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.

Mr. Erickson had this home listed for several months and had very little interest in actually selling it. He only showed the home a couple of times. He never responded to my email at all, even to acknowledge that he had received it. The contract has now expired without the home being sold. I would never recommend him to anyone!
