Real Estate Experience: Personally buying 5 homes and selling 4 in less than 10 years using several different real estate salespersons led me to earn my own REALTOR? designation in January, 2003. I was selected as a Platinum Top 50 REALTOR of San Antonio and surrounding areas for 2006/2007, named an early qualifier for 2010 and finalist for 2009?and 2008, an award designed to recognize the most successful & well-rounded REALTORS. In 2010, I was selected by Broker Agent Social as a Member of Distinction, Endorsed Realty Expert ranking within top 1% of real estate professionals.? I've also received the 2009 Certificate of Excellence from REALTOR.com for my online marketing. I've gained the distinguished GRI and e-PRO designations held by relatively few of my peers in addition to being a Certified HouseValues Professional. Since January, 2006 I've been chosen from over 465 agents to be one of the 21 members of our Keller Williams Realty Associate Leadership Council and currently represent San Antonio on the International Associate Leadership Council. Specialization: Awesome communication flow with my clients, prospects and other agents including full utilization of the Internet and social media specifically. For sellers, I provide a personal, customized Marketing Action Plan for their property focused on my personal database of thousands of local individuals in addition to thousands of REALTORS across the world to get their property fully exposed to the market as quickly as possible. For buyers, I identify all new communities and pre-owned properties currently available that meet their specific search criteria and update them immediately as new listings are published on our MLS with sufficient info and photos to make a buying decision so they don't have to spend countless hours searching themselves only to find out it wasn't exactly what they were looking for or that someone else bought it weeks ago. I've also partnered with a company that allows me to handle the unique requirements of short sales.

I have also focused my time & talents on improving my community: I've moved back into San Antonio in December 2008 and assisting wherever I can as time permits. On May 20, 2008 I completed my term as Converse Mayor Pro Tem (The Mayor Pro Tem shall act as Mayor during the disability or absence of the Mayor.) I was elected in May, 2006 as Converse City Councilman Place 4. Prior service includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Converse Economic Development Corporation, City Council liaison to the Building and Standards Commission, City Council liaison to the Zoning Commission, Chairman of the Zoning Commission and member of the Planning Commission.
