If you enjoy being completely misled too and mistreated use James DeLaGarza. He has no ethics and no concern for his buyers or sellers. He will rush you. Insult you with his so called "opinions" and treat any other family members, bank personel and anyone else who deals with you in purchasing or selling your house like they are nothing. Just to add to the fun James uses Spoof Card (spoofcard.com) to threaten people. And for those who are ignorant to this technology it is used to change what caller ID's say, to record phone conversations and to change the users voice if wanted. Yes he rarely calls and when he does be prepared to be treated and talked to like a child.
