Todd was the listing realtor with the house I was buying. It was the worst home buying experience of my life (and I buy a lot of homes). The home was for my daughter and her new husband. Todd lied and did everything in his power to tank the sale. Other realtors in his office said he had admitted to them that he wanted the sale to fall through since he had his own buyer, in which case he would receive the full commission and not have to share it with my realtor. He made repairs to the gas line which he said the seller would pay for and promised us a home warranty. The day of sale (and the day before we were supposed to leave the country for vacation) we found out the seller (it was a bank foreclosure) knew nothing about the promises Todd made us and didn't have time to change the HUD, so I ended up eating $2,300 for the gas repair and no home owners warranty. He refused to turn on the power in the house so we could do an inspection (again, hoping we wouldn't be able to do an inspection and therefore, back out on the deal), and gave us a hard time de-winterizing the house (the inspector had to go out 3 times before this was done). Todd is not only lazy, but either totally incompetant, or completely greedy and dishonest...or both.
