Mrs. Bogle represented the seller of the property I bought, and on several occasions almost caused the deal to end. It seemed as if she did not want to complete the transaction. We had to move with two 18 month old babies, and had difficulty simultaneously selling and buying a house due to our buyer's financing. Mrs. Bogle seemed to go out of her way to make the transaction more difficult even telling us we should live in a hotel for a while like she did! She did not provide keys to our new house at closing, saying she wanted to wait until "the check cleared" but it was a cashier's check which is as good as cash! We never received any keys to the house, still to this day even after requesting them several times, and finally had to replace all the locks at great expense. She also cost us money by chasing off our floor refinishing contractor in the middle of a job. Extremely unpleasant experience and still makes me angry to this day.
