Thanks for this opportunity to let you know our experience with Gregg...a great guy who is probably doing his best trying to sell my mother's condo...but she is very frustrated, and thinks more could be done. Being just the daughter, I am not directly involved, but do hear a lot from her end. It has been on the market since August, I believe, and to his credit, her other one DID sell a few months after it was listed. We do realize the market is not good for condos, and think the monthly home owners fee is probably a big part of the problem.
