She put in 2 newspaper ads and had 3 showings and she acted like she worked real hard. The house sold quickly because we priced it right.

Two months after signing a contract for Carol to sell my house I felt that she began to work for the buyer. After taking 11 thousand off the selling price, the buyer claimed I needed to put on a new roof. Also he wanted a septic system put in which Carol told me was the new law in RI. Without my knowledge Carol got quotes for both before I even knew there was a problem. At the closing Carol was the only realtor. Now 9 months later my old house is for sale again by Carol for 40 thousand more, it does have new hardwood floors, but the roof and ceaspool are the same. I feel taken advantage of in my need to sell my home so I could care for my elderly father.
