Anonymous U. sold a previous house in Longmont, OH with Arden R. Lingenhoel and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.
I am to remain anonymous for personal reasons. Just feel that I have to share my experience. Arden and Lisa lingenhoel present themselves as a "family oriented" business...but they only care about their profit. I did not sell my home under their agency because they are interested in selling expensive homes that will give them the most money. If you list with them and your home is not very expensive they won't give you the time and attention those with more expensive homes get. I know because much wealthier friends sold their home with them and the treatment they got versus what we got from the lingenhoel agency, was vastly different. So, if you are up for being treated less than, give them a call.
