I worked with David in 2000 when I bought a house in East Liverpool, OH. I am presently living in Montana and trying to move back to Ohio. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took the time I needed to make the right choice. He gave me a driving tour of the area and never once pressured me into a house I couldn't afford. I only wish my realtor in Montana was as helpful. David was not able to help me with my purchase this time, since he doesn't cover the Cincinnati area. He put in a request with his employer and no one was willing to take me as a client, because they wouldn't make enough commission on a sale in my price range. He has since provided me with contact info for a REALTOR in Cincinnati. I have not had time to contact this agent as of this writing. I would use David Coffey's skills to help me find a house any time I could, and I would recommend him to everyone I know looking for housing in eastern Ohio. He's great!
