Kareem is very knowlegable on the area where we live (Brunswick), and has a lot of enthusiasm. We had a wonderful experience with him, he was polite and courtious and advised us about getting listing on MLS. However we did decide to go with another realtor that had been recommended by our mortgage agent (and close friend)- Miranda Realty, who gave a very well constructed pitch on exactly how they planned to market the house, but I must say it is not living up to all our expectations. This is my 1st house selling experience and i am definitely learning from my mistakes. Kareem would be the smart choice for a personal home buying/selling experience.
