Melissa K. sold a previous house in Birmingham, AL with Ginger Fountain and wouldn't recommend Ginger Fountain to other home sellers.

Ginger has poor follow up. She cannot remember important details (for example, approximate payoff after she had the house listed for over 6 months!!) Ginger is all about large volume of listings (so her stats look good), little follow up and lowering the price to sub par levels of your property so that she can sell MORE volume at a very DISCOUNTED price. She was supposed to represent the seller but in actuality she drives purchasers by being their advocate and deeply discounting prices, beyond what the seller should expect. She has no marketing expertise, basically she is like an outlet or the dollar store.
