Janna Whitehorne was the real estate agent for the seller's of the home I bought. She was not ready when she was supposed to close, eventhought that was the date she requested. Did not have the earnest money check at closing, did not recieve it until..........Seemed unintelligent when I talked to her and was overall unhelpful or incompetent in all things that needed to be done.

Don't believe any verbal agreements you get from Janna Whitehorne. She will reneg on it. She sent us a contract signed by the buyer and then let him weasel out of it, even though our disclosure statement was at the home showing and there are no known problems with the house. Buyer just got cold feet. I also agree with the other reviewer that Janna is rude and pushy.

Janna Whitehorne is a patronizing realtor. SHe's rude and not classy at all. I feel sorry for ReMax because I've spoken with other realtors, lenders and foreclosure, etc.. who have dealt with her. She speaks down to people and tries to make tons of money by including her inexperienced daughter. You reap what you soe Whitehornes!
