If you're reading this its because your listing expired yesterday and Shane has called you and ask you to switch realtors. He is very skilled at prospecting home sellers and has the numbers to match. But it's hard to give him credit when your dropping the listing price and making it easy for him. I will give him credit for not wasting people time, but thats about it. He has alot to learn. He was at my house within an hr after I expressed interest, then I never saw him again. I continued to give him the benefit of the doubt until he did not even show up for the closing. He ensured me that he had reviewed the documents and that there was no reason for him to be there. Well, it turns out my closing numbers were wrong. His title company called me 3 days after the closing, after i had left the state, demanding 3000 back. No apologies from anyone, in fact people just pointing the finger at others for their own mistake and oversight. Bad experience.

Shayne was honest and upfront from the start! His pricing was dead on and he sold our home for full price within the first week. He was bale to find us a new home and close both deals withing 30 days. Shayne worked hard and was with us every step of the way. His experience and knowledge were priceless!!

I interviewed 7 agents before I selected Shayne Sowers. I wouldn’t recommend interviewing 7 agents but I would recommend hiring Shayne Sowers. He is an excellent salesperson. Very professional. Very hardworking. Always honest. He constantly communicated to me what was going on. He sold my home I n the first week, which was great because I was being transferred to Atlanta and did not want to accept what the relocation company was going to pay me for my home. Shayne sold it for $23,000 more than what the relo company had offered! Shayne was referred to my by my wife’s boss. I honestly would highly recommend Shayne if you absolutely have to sell your home. He aggressive approach will get your home sold. It did mine. And I thank him for that!

I am very impressed with Shayne Sowers and his team, particularly considering the state of the real estate market right now. He just sold my home in 3 weeks for a great price! I was listed with another agent at a different company before I listed with my home with Shayne. My experience with Shayne was dramatically better. Before I had very few showings, but with Shayne the traffic was non stop. I felt that was very important to at least get the buyers through my home to see it. Shayne seems to take a very proactive approach in terms of looking for buyers. He doesn’t just sit around and wait for something to happen. We actually had two offers that we negotiated at the same time, which I fell had a big impact on the high price that we got. Shayne’s negotiation skills were tremendous. Our ‘days on market’ were so high I felt that the buyers would lowball us but Shayne was able to leverage the two offers against each other to negotiate the price way up! Also, Shayne’s team is very professional and courteous. The other nice this is I was kept in the loop throughout the transaction. I didn’t have to call him. He called me. I would recommend Shayne very highly. Although, if you don’t seek him out, he will probably find you anyway. He is very active in the marketplace. My mother also used him and was very pleased with the results.

High Pressure Sales Tactics led him to be able to Manipulate us into short selling (aka pre-forclosure) of our home. Offered to purchase our home at low agreed upon short sale price in order to rent it back to us as an investor. He lowered the price of our home without our consent or knowledge. Upon trying to terminate contract, he informed us we were under contract and would continue to list the property. Shayne Sowers, nor his team, Stephanie Landers or Karen Klarich, communicated the process or the consequences truthfully or effectively, as they were only concerned with their commission and finalizing the sale. It has been two months after we terminated the short-sale contract and they still WILL NOT remove our address from their current listings! Makes me wonder how many of those other homes listed are really for sale and how many of them really sold, so I believe it is just another one of their deceitful practices to make them appear better than what they have worked to be.
