User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Sandy Buyer 05/15/2010 Paymon Ghafouri, Yes indeed he is full of crap! I called because I was interested in a home in Union City. He told me it was 489,000.00 but I could probably get it for less. He also told me it was appraised for $489,000.00. I went to the house and the people there showed me the appraisal that was only 2 months old $410,000.00 . Can you believe that? He also told me the kitchen was 1 year old. The people there had been there almost 3 years and the kitchen was not remodeled by them! I could not believe him. Hopefully people will see this and take a second thought about using him as an agent . He is a fake! He tells you lies! How can you take advantage of people like he tried to do of me and obviously other people. Paymon Ghafouri can not be trusted!!!!!!! Comment on Review Delete Review Y! He was my agent and during the time I was in the house waiting to get a loan, Paymoneventually left us and went to the sellers. He told me to give him $5,000.00 and the seller $5,000.00 because it was a short sale and the sellers would receive nothing from the sale. Yes I did not pay rent and the sellers stop paying the mortgage a month before I stopped. It went into foreclosure. I tried to get a loan and pretty much Paymon bugged the loan company and one time gave one of the loan company derog information and they denied us. He sided up with the seller appeared in court as the so called property manager of the property. (the same property I obtained him to help me purchase) He evicted my family. He also used his attorney for the eviction transaction. He did alot of unprofessional and unethical things. Do not use him as as agent he will turn on you if it doesn't go his way. He is a BAD agent and I will work to get his license revoked. Remember he was first my Agent then went to the Sellers. He is also a big liar.Once I refused to pay him illegally money under the table it went down hill. I would take a lie detoctor test for anyone!
