I was Rookie of the Year for 1994. In 1995 I received my GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and was a member of the Presidents club, in addition I was voted Outstanding Team Player. In 1996 I was a member of the Masters Club and also received my CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) (only 2% of Real Estate agents nationwide achieve this designation). I remained a Masters Club member through 1999 when the company was acquired. I was a member of Coldwell Banker’s Diamond Society for 2000. In 2001 I relocated to Owatonna, MN. I joined Century 21 Vision in 2001, while only working part-time in 2001 (I spent the rest of my time being a new grandmother) I received a Century 21 Quality Service Award & a Century 21 Mortgage Award. In 2002 I received my ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) and also received the Century 21 Centurion award. In 2003 & 2004 I also received the Century 21 Centurion Award and was the office leader for sales production as well as being ranked as one of the top 10 Century 21 agents in MN. I also completed the Century 21 Mature Moves course. In 2005 I completed the Century 21 New Home Sales Course, The Century 21 Fine Homes & Estates Course and received my SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Also in 2005 our new team “The Bartley Group” received the prestigious Century 21 Technology Award (the only one awarded in the world by Century 21 in 2005) Centurion and Quality Service Awards as well as recognition as the Number 1 sales team in Minnesota for Century 21. In 2006 our team received the Centurion and Quality Service Awards as well as recognition as the Number 1 sales team in Minnesota for Century21. In March 2007 we made a business decision to move our team to Coldwell Banker Home Connection.
