N S. sold a previous house in Orinda, CA with Jerilynn Babington and wouldn't recommend them to other home sellers.

I terminated realtor and home sold for much higher price ($200,000) than she said I should list it for. Top listing realtor in area. Immediately after I signed contract, she told me to reduce price by $200,000. Was very disorganized. Refused to give counteroffer to buyer. Told me she would loan me staging accessories. After signing, refused to do so.
