My husband and I recently purchased a home that was listed by Miriam Ehlert in Frankenmuth, Michigan. We had had no previous dealings with Miriam and were very impressed with her professional attitude in dealing with us. We looked at this home several times before deciding to make an offer to purchase. Miriam was very accommodating to our wishes and showed us other homes that were not her listings to use as comparisons She provided us with information on the immediate neighborhood where the home was located and was very prompt and courteous in answering any of our questions. She anticipated questions that we might have and provided the answers promptly. We would not hesitate to purchase another home from Miriam Ehlert and we will probably list our current home with her when we are ready to put it on the market.

This agent was interviewed by us to sell our home. We selected a different realtor after hearing from others that she was unethical. As it eventually turned out, the buyers of our home used this same realtor to purchase our home. We have since learned from these buyers that this agent not only made several unethical attempts to steer them away from buying our house because it was not her listing. When the buyers made clear they wanted to purchase our house, she provided them extremely poor service. Be warned.
