I don't know who wrote Jane's first review, it must have been a relative because that is not the Jame we ran into. If I were you reading this I would stay far away from her as you can. She was helping us buy a house and after our appraisal and home inspection was done and cleared, we got a call saying the deal was off and that another buyer had made a higher offer. This was done after we had signed a valid purchase and sale contract. We didn't even get our earnest money back and we should have. She put up a good front when you first meet, but like most smooth talkers, when the chips start to fall, she does what she can to cover her own but. Use someone else.
