This was the eighth sale or purchase we had done with Jane, she is the ultimate professional, she originally helped us find a home in Presque Isle when we were moving from Los Angeles Ca, since then we purchased another two homes through her, sold two and then purchased three commercial properties, Jane has always always been honest upfront and prompt in all her dealings with us, she has always been the ultimate professional, and her knowledge of real estate is extremly broad, and any question she is not sure of she will research and get back to you promptly. I am not related to Jane and all our dealings are a matter of public record,I would recommend Jane to any buyer, 1st time or experienced!

A friend recommended I should list my house with Jane Towle. I was beyond satisfied!!! The market was horrible and houses were not selling in the Bangor area. Jane was about to schedule over 15 showings and we sold our house in the winter! I know several other people who have bought and sold houses thru Jane, and are very pleased with the results. This is Jane Towle from RE/MAX, responding to the "Anonymous" review below. "Anonymous", I encourage you to please call me or email me at janetowle@remax.net immediately. Your written review is completely false, and is libelous from beginning to end. I am certain that I will never hear from you, because we both know that you have never stepped foot in my office, never done business with me, and for some reason you feel the need to discredit my business. I would welcome an open dialogue with you, to discuss why you feel the need to libel me. I would also welcome anyone to check my record, both at the Maine Association of Realtors and the New Hampshire Association of Realtors, and you will see that my record is spotless, and I have never had a complaint lodged against me in 20 years of licensing. If the situation that Anonymous describes were true, a complaint could be filed with the Real Estate Commission, and this certainly has not happened. Once again I challenge you, Anonymous, to contact me to discuss this situation you describe. To everyone reading this, the only contact I will receive from this person will perhaps be another post like the one below, because Anonymous knows this is a total falsification. I don't know who wrote Jane's first review, it must have been a relative because that is not the Jame we ran into. If I were you reading this I would stay far away from her as you can. She was helping us buy a house and after our appraisal and home inspection was done and cleared, we got a call saying the deal was off and that another buyer had made a higher offer. This was done after we had signed a valid purchase and sale contract. We didn't even get our earnest money back and we should have. She put up a good front when you first meet, but like most smooth talkers, when the chips start to fall, she does what she can to cover her own but. Use someone else.
