We found Becky Day to be very knowledgeable in her field and very thorough. However,she mentioned more than once to us "If this house was in Houlton and not Bridgewater I'd have no problem selling it". That statement related to us that she didn't have hopes of selling our home. She was not enthusiastic about it. The realtor we finally contracted with Jim Shaw Northern Maine Realty) is very enthusiastic about showing our home. Spent a lot of time discussing our home/property. Gave us inexpensive tips on how to enhance our home to make it the most attractive to a prospective buyer. He made us feel very confident in him. The home has only been on the market for a short time so it is hard to answer the following questions accurately. Question 5: He has shown the house once and from the length of time the prospective buyers were here (hours)we would have to say he was being very thorough in answering their questions.6:he has been very honest with us.7:Has explained the whole process to us.

Our experience,for the most part, with Becky Day was satisfactory. We were satisified with her knowledge of the real estate field. She was very thorough. We did tell her we were going to interview other realtors in the area. The one we finally did hire showed a lot of enthusiasum in our home. Talked at great length of different options and gave us several inexpensive ideas to further enhance our home. Becky stated several times "if this home was in Houlton or in that area I'd have no problem selling it". That gave us the feeling that she couldn't sell it. The house has only been on the market a short time so it has not sold yet. Hence we are unable to answer some of the further questions.
