Home buying and selling is a very emotional process and I do what I can to to help demystify as much of it as possible!
In this market, it's all about condition. If your home is not in top condition it's not going to sell. The buyers will simply bypass for another, better priced, better maintained home. So it's imperative that you take the time to repair, clean and properly stage your home for sale. Staging doesn't have to be scary or expensive! Just keep it sparkling clean and get rid of the clutter... If you take the time to update to today's taste, use soft taupes for paint and red pillows, for example. Buyers today like clean lines and less stuff than buyers of the past.
