This house got sold from under our feet because she THOUGHT that we wanted to stay at a particular price for the house - we made 3 different offers and then never heard back from her and other people came in and made an offer (which she could have told us) and they ended up buying ut - we wanted to buy the house. We are pretty much still stewing over the transaction.
