I've worked with Mr. Dozier on a couple of deals, and I've never had a problem. He was not only fair, but he was very knowledgeable about the foreclosure market. He set up expectations at the beginning of the transaction, so my client & I would be prepared. He was not rude, but he was very direct, and as a busy agent myself his candor was much appreciated! Rude Rude Rude.. I am a licensed agent and my buyers where elderly. He was very rude. He hold's offers from bank. He make the discuss for the Bank. He also lies about homes status. He agent split Commission sucks.. He robes you. Selfish heartless person. As if he doesn't make enough money. I wouldn't do business with him again. BEWARE!! Thats is why his listing stay on market for so long. All the agent are speaking about him.

EXTREMELY RUDE! would not refer to anyone. Never followed up and was completely uninterested from the first time we contacted him. We were more than happy to take our business elsewhere- and did.

This agent was very rude and did not give me the information I requested therefore, I can not get the information I needed to even put any offer in on the project. I gave him my email address and I even emailed him but I still did not get the information I requested to put an offer in on the project. Very bad agent service.....
