Sherri was recommended by a friend. Not only did we use Sherri to sell our condo in Roslindale, we also liked her so much we used her to buy our new home as well. Sherri is available as all hours and will answer all of your questions. I would HIGHLY recommed people using her for either selling or buying. She did a wonderful job keeping the both attorney's, the other real estate agent and both bank's on the same page at every turn. You really can't go wrong using Sherri as your agent!

I'm actually responding to the party that reviewed me and it's bogus; I've never heard of this person and I would never "not" respond. I pride myself with an excellent reputation and have been in the business for over 20 years with no complaints like this. You must have the wrong agent, or just having fun at other people's expense.....

When we went to look at a property she disclosed to us the price the seller would be willing to go down to ($14,000 less than listed). Also when placing offer was extremely unprofessional in not returning phone calls; only time she returned them was to try and get more money out of us. We gave a final offer and never heard back from her; guess we are supposed to assume our offer was not accepted.
