left numerous messages with no response actual on hold for ten minutes when my phone call was transferred to a fax number very unprofessional and unreliable

I made an appointment with her for a saturday morning. I arrived at her office at least 15 minutes early. No on was there so I waiting. After 20 minutes of waiting for her I called her, she answered the phone, I let her know I was at her office, she said "oh who is this?", I told her and then she said "oh hold on." then the phone went dead. I tried to call her back but she never answered nor did she ever show up. If she forgot about the appointment or something came up that would have been fine but she never even called me back to explain. NO, I would not recomment this person.

Alda Moniz is the worst landlord anyone could ask for! She has nothing but roach infested bed bug having junk apartments and refuses to fix anything! The man from the board of health also informed me that she left a mentally handicapped man in his home with broken toilet pipes for 3 weeks until the mans sister contacted the BH 3 weeks of feces in the toilet. Would not recommend her to nor affordable real estate to a dog!

Alda Moniz never returned any of my calls. I had previously ( months ago) called her and made an appointment to view the house, and she didn't show up or call with an explanation for herself. I would NOT recommend her office.
