I met Stephen when he showed me the property. I already have a selling agent. When Stephen showed me the property I told him that I had been looking for a property for 5 YEARS that would suit my needs ( to fit a grand piano, in my price range!) I then told him that this looked to be the 1st one & I was excited to have found it! He told me that there was a possible buyer(s) very much interested in the property. My agent,Robin, emailed Stephen the next morning, requesting another showing. It took him several days to get back to her.( and aside from that, he called her Donna!) By the time he did get back to Robin, he had closed in on the deal. I was HEARTBROKEN! I emailed Stephen expressing the fact on how heartbroken I was...that perhaps a bidding war would have increased his commission! Then a friend said to me that he probably didn't want to split his commission with my realtor.Stephen never had the courtesy to respond to my email.... I want you to understand that I have spent 5 yrs looking for a new home... All dashed due to his being UNRESPONSIVE! Very frustratinG. Very unprofessional! I was pleased that he was recognized recently for being a top selling agent....kudos to him. I only wish that my experienc with him had been more positive. So, for now...it's "back to the drawing board" for me. the search continues for my new home...I just can't afford another 5 yr. wait. Thank you for this opportunity fill out this survey.
